The salary is set at $1.444.900 COP monthly with a fixed-term contract. You’ll work full-time while gaining hands-on culinary skills and knowledge.
Grupo Éxito sponsors this position alongside the SENA. Over one year, you’ll blend theory from SENA with practical kitchen activities in the company’s locations.
Support is provided in two stages: the first six months you get 75% of the legal minimum salary, then 100% for the remaining stage.

Main Responsibilities
Daily tasks include active participation in SENA’s theoretical classes and applying these lessons in the real-world kitchen environment.
You’ll work under supervision, carrying out typical food production activities and collaborating with the sales and marketing departments as required.
