Day-to-Day Responsibilities
The Warehouse and Distributions Manager will oversee end-to-end warehouse operations: from managing inventory and implementing health and safety standards to supervising internal staff and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements. The role also involves streamlining shipping and receiving processes, maintaining ISO documentation, and keeping equipment in top operational order.
Other key duties include optimising warehouse layout using 5S standards, guaranteeing accuracy in inbound and outbound movements, and routinely investigating safety-related incidents.
