Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with tenants and service providers, ensuring a positive and productive environment within the managed buildings.
Take charge of all marketing and leasing activities. This includes reducing vacancies and proactively seeking new tenants whenever possible.
Manage budgets and drive improvements in the overall performance of the portfolio. Financial accountability is a central aspect of this position.
Oversee tenant installations and conduct site inspections. Ensuring proper property maintenance is a hands-on part of the role.
Collaborate closely with the Accountant and Operations Manager, with direct reporting lines to the Financial Manager and CEO.
