Daily Responsibilities and Routine
As a Parking Lot Cleaner, your day will start as early as 2:00 AM and may continue until mid-morning. You’ll travel between multiple properties, maintaining the cleanliness of parking lots, sidewalks, flower beds, and surrounding areas. Equipment is provided by PME for all cleaning duties.
Certain tasks involve emptying trash cans, cleaning dumpster areas, and reporting any maintenance issues you notice. Adherence to safety and site cleanliness standards is mandatory. The job often requires lifting up to 50 lbs and working independently, making self-motivation an asset.
