Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As Junior Landscape Site Manager, you will drive between assigned sites to supervise and support site staff including over 40 gardeners and cleaners. Your duties include regular inspections to ensure top-quality landscape and turf maintenance.
You’ll handle staff timesheets, daily administration, data capturing, and maintain high site standards. The job requires sourcing and appointing new site staff, addressing minor HR issues, and ensuring team efficiency.
Meeting clients as needed—sometimes after business hours—falls within your remit. You will also report regularly on team performance and site progress to your operations manager.
