Daily Responsibilities & Work Details
This position primarily involves handling the movement of materials to support production deadlines, which includes both physical and recorded system transactions.
Organizing, storing, and tracking inventory is a key task, as is using RF scanners and computers to complete daily work.
Day-to-day activities range from receiving stock to shipping, purging, or returning unused materials to the stockroom, along with some cycle counts.
You’ll be responsible for managing bin locations, utilizing the First In First Out system, and maintaining overall order in the warehouse environment.
Operating material handling equipment, disposing of scrap and participating in audits are routine aspects of the working day.
