Main Duties and Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Supervisor (EE), your core tasks revolve around leading daily warehouse operations and ensuring products flow smoothly in and out of the facility.
You will be required to plan and oversee workflows, monitor stock levels, and keep track of product conditions. You’ll ensure all equipment and associated housekeeping conforms to safety standards.
Daily operational checks and inventory reporting form a large part of your responsibilities. You’ll also identify and implement improvements to streamline processes and reduce errors.
Managing a warehouse staff team, you will handle attendance, performance reviews, ongoing staff training, and enforce company health and safety standards at all times.
Additionally, your day will include compelling communication with customers and administrative reporting, including handling KPIs and budget tracking as required by management.
