Key Responsibilities and Day-to-Day
This position involves overseeing end-to-end warehouse performance, focusing on order fulfillment and logistics management. The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring accuracy in the picking and packing process.
Regular duties also include monitoring out-of-stock levels, escalating inventory issues promptly, and recommending process improvements. Dispatch and delivery are under your supervision, so you ensure SOPs are followed every step of the way.
Returns processing, including addressing variances in returned goods and payments, falls under your purview. You’ll also analyze sales and prepare administrative reports crucial to business reviews.
