Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Tracking inventory, reducing risks of missing or damaged parcels, and meeting 5S standards are essential. Cash on Delivery money must be handled and banked in daily for full accountability.
Expect to actively coordinate between hubs and outbound linehaul teams. Customer service support is key, so helping with requests is part of your daily routine.
