Daily Responsibilities
The role covers a diverse range of duties. You’ll patrol and check premises, protect people and property, monitor access points, and ensure only authorised individuals enter.
Customer service is a key aspect, as you’ll interact with staff, residents, and visitors, offering assistance and assurance as needed. You will also monitor CCTV, respond to alarms, and handle minor incidents or emergencies.
Record-keeping is important, with a need to accurately log incidents and daily events. Compliance with SIA, health and safety, and site-specific policies will be required at all times.
