Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a House Cleaner, you’ll work part-time, enjoy set daytime hours, and are paid weekly based on your results. The pay starts at $16 per hour with potential to earn up to $20 per hour, plus tips.
Your main duty is to clean customers’ homes following a proven process. You’ll vacuum, mop, dust, and perform a variety of tasks that make clients’ spaces shine.
All appointments are scheduled for you, and the company supplies all necessary equipment and cleaning products. No previous cleaning experience is required since comprehensive training is provided.
If you have a valid driver’s license, you may have the opportunity to drive the company vehicle as a team lead, managing team schedules and ensuring equipment is properly maintained.
Great interpersonal skills are essential. You’ll communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner, making them feel valued and cared for.
