About This Job Offer

Pilot Company is looking for candidates for a Janitorial Maintenance position. Pay starts between $15.00 and $20.13 per hour, with weekly pay provided.

This role can be full-time or flexible, with day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts available. No advanced experience is required to apply.

On top of the hourly wage, employees enjoy perks like free daily meals, paid time off, family leave, and low-cost health plans for full-time staff.

Qualified applicants from all backgrounds are considered, and military veterans are encouraged to apply. Pilot Company promotes a welcoming and inclusive workplace culture.

If you enjoy a team setting with consistent hands-on tasks and benefits, this could be a great fit for your next career move.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your main responsibilities will focus on keeping the travel center clean and functional for guests.

This includes washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers, cleaning shower and restroom facilities, and maintaining overall store cleanliness.

You’ll routinely handle general repairs, small maintenance tasks, and pick up all trash around the center.

Excellent guest service is a key part of the job, ensuring visitors find well-kept facilities throughout the center.

Teamwork is important, and you’ll help build a friendly environment with your coworkers and guests alike.

Advantages of Joining

One of the biggest pros is weekly pay, so you can manage your finances more efficiently.

The free daily meal is a great perk, adding real value to your day, while a 15 cent fuel discount helps you save.

Pilot Company fosters a supportive team culture and values diversity, offering equal opportunities to every candidate.

Generous paid time off and low-cost health plans are available to full-time employees, supporting your well-being.

There is also a 401(k) retirement savings plan, wellness programs, and recognition rewards for performance.

Possible Downsides

The job requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds throughout your shift, which could be demanding.

You may be scheduled for nights, weekends, or holidays, requiring flexibility with your personal time.

Some candidates may find the repetitive nature of cleaning tasks monotonous over time.

This role can also expose you to cleaning chemicals and tasks that might involve a high level of physical effort.

While experience isn’t necessary, prior knowledge of industrial equipment is preferred for some repairs and tasks.

Our Verdict

Pilot Company offers a stable, supportive workplace with real perks and opportunities for those who thrive in hands-on roles.

The flexible scheduling, strong benefits, and inclusive work culture make it an excellent fit if you value variety and teamwork.

While some aspects are physically demanding, the environment and compensation provide solid rewards for your effort.

It’s a well-rounded position perfect for self-starters ready to contribute to a clean, welcoming environment every day.
